To return a product
To return a purchase, call in and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip along with a brief description of why you are returning the web product.
Credits will be issued back to the card used for the original purchase, within 1 business day of the receipt of the returned product, but may take 15 to 30 days for credit card banks to process.
