Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $99 qualify for free domestic economy shipping.
International Shipping (Within the U.S.)
We offer international shipping to over 290 countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brain Bean is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return Policy

Brain Bean fully guarantees the quality of every product that we sell. This guarantee certifies that our products are manufactured to meet the highest standards of potency, purity and freshness.
If you are not satisfied in every way, return the unused portion within 90 days of purchase, and we will issue you a full refund of your purchase price excluding shipping.

To return a product
To return a purchase, call in and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and please include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip along with a brief description of why you are returning the web product.
Credits will be issued back to the card used for the original purchase, within 1 business day of the receipt of the returned product, but may take 15 to 30 days for credit card banks to process.
